MY NEW COOK BOOK

The one thing I'm very grateful for is that from a young age I was taught to cook. Everything from a poached egg to full Sunday roast dinner with all the trimmings. Its something I'm very thankful for, especially now as an adult.

for is that from a young age I was taught to cook. Everything from a poached egg to full Sunday roast dinner with all the trimmings. Its something I'm very thankful for, especially now as an adult.

Cooking is such a valuable lesson which I know so many people don't get the chance to do due to budget, time, illness or they just lack the knowledge of how to cook.

If there is one thing I want to inspire people to do is to try to cook their own meals. Meals that aren't complicated. Meals that are tasty, nutritious and full of flavour. Recipes that use everyday cupboard favourites and won't include ingredients that you use once and shove to the back of the cupboard.

That's why I made my Food Made Simple booklet for every one of my clients. A little gift which I hope will inspire them to fall in love with cooking
