You probably lack motive.
A REAL reason to do the hard stuff.
I don't always have motivation.
Infact, recently I've not had much motivation at all.
But what I do have is motive.
A reason,a drive to get up in the morning.
My reason is that I want feel my best.
I've experienced feeling like sh*t physically and I NEVER want to feel like that...ever. again.
I want to:
Go walking with my dog for hours on end.
Complete workouts and get that rush of adrenaline.
Wake up and feel energised.
Do obstacle courses, hill climbs and adventure days with my husband.
I want to feel as best as I possibly can.
For as long as I possibly can.
That's my motive... What's yours?
