ONE OF THE BIGGEST OBSTACLES FACING CLIENTS IS PLANNING


What has become apparent from working with so many clients is that many of them can organise their work diary perfectly, schedule in meetings, and downtime for personal projects but cant seem to do the same for their life outside of work.


Exercise, food prep and other elements that will get them the results are left to chance and often fall by the wayside.


What I aim to teach clients when they first start is how to plan their week to fit in with work and map out how to achieve that plan.


This looks different for every client but mostly we look at:

- What are your working and commute hours? - When are you likely to want to exercise? (before/after work) - Does your lunchbreak leave time for a walk? - When is your downtime for you/friends and family?


This might seem obvious but when we start to plan out the week the same way we plan out our work - we achieve more and we achieve better.
