About your coach:
I started my Personal Training career in 2017 after falling in love with exercise and the amazing benefits it can have both physically and mentally.
After working in the fashion industry for 4 years, I decided that the stressful,yet sedentary life was not for me. I started attending the gym as a hobby and soon found a new found love for exercise and movement.
I am a fully Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a real passion for healthy eating and functional movement. Not only will you receive your personal training session every week - you will also receive healthy eating guidance and whole host of easy recipes to allow you to reach your health goals.
As a personal trainer it is my mission to help you find enjoyment from exercise, to enjoy the process so it does not feel like a chore.
My aim is to provide you with a better understanding of exercise and eliminate any of those fears you may have regarding training, nutrition and overall fitness
